横浜国立大学卒業後、商社での営業職を経て、2004年1月に株式会社サイバーエージェントに入社。同社にて広告事業の営業責任者などを歴任し、その後、子会社の株式会社CCPRの役員として経営に関わる。2018年に独立し、多くの企業の事業コンサルを行う傍ら、複数のスタートアップ企業を立ち上げ経営に携わる。その後、創業した会社を上場企業への売却するなどM&Aも経験。2019年4月にデータアナリティクスラボ株式会社を創業。

After graduating from Yokohama National University, Masahiko worked in sales at a trading company and joined CyberAgent, Inc. in January 2004. After working as a sales manager of the advertising business at CyberAgent, he was involved in management as an officer of CCPR Co., Ltd. In 2018, he became independent, and while doing business consulting for many companies, he launched and managed several start-up companies.He also experienced M&A, such as selling the company he founded to a listed company. Founded Data Analytics Lab Co. in April 2019.

北海道出身。高校卒業後に地元の農機具メーカーに就職。その後、起業する目的で上京。IT企業を経て、EarhTechnology㈱を創業するなど複数の会社を経営し事業を展開。とあるプロジェクトで代表と出会い意気投合し、2019年4月にデータアナリティクスラボ㈱を創業。

Born in Hokkaido. After graduating from high school, Akio got a job at a local farm equipment manufacturer. He then moved to Tokyo with the intention of starting a new business. After working for an IT company, he founded Earth Technology Co., Ltd. and managed multiple companies to expand his business. Founded Data Analytics Lab Co., Ltd. in April 2019 after got on famously with Masahiko at a certain project.

一橋大学大学院 経済学研究科を修了後、株式会社富士通金融システムズ (現 富士通株式会社) に就職。データベースエンジニアとしてのキャリアを積み、その後データ・フォアビジョン㈱にてデータベースソリューションとデータサイエンス、人事の役員等を担当。2018年より独立し、AIコンサルタントや機械学習エンジニア、データサイエンティスト、データアーキテクトとして活動。同年、経営陣と出会い創業メンバーとして参画。データサイエンティスト協会のスキル定義委員や経済産業省と独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）が推進する「DX推進スキル標準」の検討WGの委員なども務める。

After completing his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Economics at Hitotsubashi University, he joined Fujitsu Financial Systems Ltd. (now Fujitsu Ltd.), where he began his career as a database engineer. He then moved to Data ForeVision Inc., where he was responsible for database solutions and data science, as well as serving as an executive in human resources. Starting in 2018, he became independent, working as an AI consultant, machine learning engineer, data scientist, and data architect. He has served as a member of the skill definition committee for The Japan DataScientist Society and a member of the examination working group for the ""DX Promotion Skill Standards"" promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA). He co-founded Geekers Labo Co. in April 2022.
